Overview
Screenshot Inbox is designed to work privately on your Mac. The current app does not include accounts, cloud sync, server processing, analytics, advertising, or third-party services.
Information the app uses
You choose which folders Screenshot Inbox can review. The app looks for likely screenshots in those folders and reads text from screenshots on your Mac so you can search them.
How information is used
Screenshot Inbox uses local screenshot details and text it finds in screenshots to power the inbox, search, rename, move, archive, and delete workflows.
What is sent to Copperleaf
Screenshot Inbox does not send your screenshots, screenshot text, folder contents, or app activity to Copperleaf Software in the current version.
Permissions
The app needs access to folders you choose so it can show and manage screenshots there. You can stop using a folder with Screenshot Inbox at any time from within the app or by changing access in macOS.
Data retention and deletion
App information is stored on your Mac. Archived screenshots are saved in a Screenshot Inbox Archive folder in Pictures unless you choose a different archive folder.
To remove local app information, delete the app and remove its saved app data from your Mac. To remove screenshots, delete or move the files from the folders where they are stored.
Children
Screenshot Inbox is not directed to children and does not include account features for collecting personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
Copperleaf Software may update this policy when Screenshot Inbox changes, including if future versions add sync, accounts, diagnostics, purchases, or other services.
